Our classes are designed to improve the lifestyle of our participants through weight loss, muscle tone, increased fitness and confidence. Everyone is welcome to join in our classes and most of all, no experience is necessary. Our boxing classes don’t involve hauling a truck tire up a hill or being yelled at by a drill sergeant. They do involve boxing drills and boxing combinations used by real boxers plus cardio and strength exercises that will give you a fun, full body workout that will get you results – fast! circuit classes

Our most popular; circuit classes can cater for all fitness levels.  Each circuit aims to improve boxing skills, endurance, body tone and weight loss.  With two boxing rings, boxing bags, floor to ceilings and speedballs our circuit classes offer variety and are engaging.  With the addition of free weights, kettle bells, medicine balls, slam balls, battling ropes and our extensive range of functional fitness equipment, our classes allow us to work every part with intensity.

Youth Class

Many parents consider boxing training to enhance conditioning and confidence for their child.  The child who plays competitive sports usually use boxing during the off-season.  However, specific training programs can be scheduled to break the monotony of competitive sport training. 

PT sessions can be alternative for injured players and those players who need to enhance their competitive edge.  For those children who do not play competitive sports, Bobby Dunne’s youth boxing classes are also ideal.  It promotes self-discipline and confidence in all areas of life. 

Both boys and girls will have the opportunity to compete when the required boxing skill and training has been obtained.  Both Competitive and non-competitive sport children will have the opportunity to join the youth boxing classes and general boxing training. 

Personal Training

Bobby Dunne’s is the blueprint for teaching people the ‘art of boxing.’  Our philosophy is that everyone ‘can do boxing’ and we offer one to one training in a respectful and friendly envirolment.  Our qualified boxing trainers can cater for men & women of all ages.

We have qualified personal trainers who listened to the needs of their clients.  Whether it be functional training, strength & conditioning or general fitness.  We have the trainers and tools you need to reach your goals

Sporting Club Training

We have extensive experience in training sporting clubs in pre-season and during the season.  Our sessions are adapted to meet the needs of the club and players.  We provide boxing training, cardio and strength & conditioning.  Our gym that can train up to 60 people at one time with a combination of boxing and fitness exercises.
